Have been there twice. Cheerful good service. Bright pleasant ambience. Food is tasty, attractively presented. The BEST guacamole I have had in a long time!
We stopped here for lunch during a work trip in the area. The food choices were pretty standard for a sit-down Mexican restaurant. I picked out a burrito bowl with veggies. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful though I would have preferred black beans to refried beans. The vibe was cool, staff friendly and price good for the value.
Good was delicious and fresh. Atmosphere is fun and the staff was prompt. The outdoor seating is inviting
We loved stopping by this lil family spot (& laying eyes on the cutest baby I've ever seen in my life!) Here's the shotgun review: - Located right on Main Street, so parking can be iffy - Outdoor seating options, either in the sun or in the shade - Family owned & operated, very kind staff - Tasty food that hit the spot after a long day of riding motorcycles - Drinks served in hilarious vessels* - Delicious house made hot sauce** *Mine came in a gas container & my partner's came in a big clear barrel type thing. We laughed out loud! It was a fun little gimmick. Also the horchata was delicious. **We were given two sauces with our food, a mild verde & a hot sauce. We were warned that it was spicy. We found the hot sauce to be well-balanced & really decadent. The next day, we were planning on cooking at home but needed a spicy element for a sauce WE were making. So I had an idea. I rode down to Cowboy's & asked them if I could buy some of their hot sauce. They wanted to triple check with me that I meant the spicy one (yes, the spicy one!) & then presented me with an 8 oz container of their delicious sauce for just $5! I was really pleased with the whole interaction & of course with the sauce. Our sauce at home turned out so, so good with the Cowboy's addition, too. I highly recommend stopping here for hot sauce instead of the grocery store!
I wouldn't have expected a small town taco place to be this good but it honestly was 10/10. I've gone 3 time and have had no complaints. They even made fresh guacamole for me when I went to pick up my order
Soooo happy that I found this place, so cute and soo good!! Cobleskill has a cute downtown and this is worth a stop!! Friendly, and welcoming - the food was so good- great flavor and their house hot sauces and 10/10.
A hidden gem! Delicious, compellingly priced authentic Mexican food with friendly service in a joyful atmosphere. We love the burrito ahogado, rice and beans and the spicy pork tacos.
